Recent Testimonials

In 2017 I had a business idea, which I thought might have the potential to succeed. Unfortunately, I had absolutely no experience, nor the know-how to progress with it. I was fortuitously referred to the Bolton Trust Springboard Enterprise Programme.

The course was exemplary and way exceeded my expectations. The course content was so relevant and the quality of the lectures and mentors superb.

Through the workshops I carried out the market research, formulated a credible business plan and registered a new company “Water Stations Ire Ltd” with the CRO.

I have opened a business account, appointed an accountant and registered for VAT. I have a virtual office in the Docklands. With the guidance of the lecturers, the company successfully applied for an Enterprise Ireland Innovation Voucher.

I am now in discussions with the DIT for an Incubation Unit at their Hot House Labs. We will shortly be partnering trials with Vodafone NB-IoT to roll out our new products on the west coast. Vodafone are providing their hardware free gratis for 25 of our units during the 6-month trials.

Water Stations Ire is planning to bring a viable product to the Irish market this July and to the European market within 18 months, with the creation of 10 sustainable jobs.

Without the Bolton Trust Enterprise Development course and their encouragement and attention none of this might have happened. The invaluable skills I have learned will last a lifetime and will stand to me in the coming years.

I cannot commend this course or the Bolton Trust and the Springboard Enterprise Programme highly enough.

Mike Hendricken

Water Stations Ireland Ltd.

I would like to express my gratitude to you personally and to The Bolton Trust and DIT for the support you have provided us throughout the last year and especially since three of us joined the Springboard course.

As a participant on the  Springboard/ Bolton Trust Enterprise Development Programme 2017 I have found  the syllabus relevant , practical and inspiring.  As President of the Hellenic Community in Ireland I can confirm that I encouraged two other members of our community to enroll on the Springboard Enterprise Development Programme.
